In New Zealand your personal data and personal information may also be collected and processed in Australia by ASICS Oceania Pty Ltd. This may take place when you use any of our Services.

NEW ZEALAND DISTRIBUTOR
We may also share your personal data with our third party distributor in New Zealand, Brittain Wynyard & Co Ltd, (NZ Distributor) and you consent to our NZ Distributor using your personal data as if it were the responsible ASICS company for that personal data under this Policy, including (but not limited to) for the purpose of it operating and maintaining the ASICS NZ website and for direct marketing purposes via email, SMS, push notification, or other electronic means. In turn, our NZ Distributor may share your personal data with its third party vendors, agents, service providers, and affiliated entities that it engages to provide services to it and on its behalf, such as support for the internal operations of ASICS New Zealand websites and ASICS New Zealand stores (including payment processors and shipping and fulfilment partners used to fulfil your orders), technical support, research, digital marketing, offline product and support, data storage, and other services. In providing their services, these third parties may access, receive, maintain or otherwise process personal data on our NZ Distributor’s behalf.
