Your Consumer Rights: Returns and Legal Guarantees
With every purchase, you have two different consumer rights: the right to withdraw from the contract and return your purchase and the right to a legal guarantee of conformity.
Right to Withdraw from the Contract and Return Your Purchase ("Cooling-Off Period")
If you buy a product, you have the right to withdraw from the contract and return the purchase within 30 days from delivery, without giving a reason or justification, under the applicable Terms and Conditions.
Example: You order a product and decide you no longer want it. You can return it within the applicable 30-day period.
Your Legal Guarantee for Defective Products
Separate from the 30-day withdrawal and return right, EU law provides a minimum 2-year legal guarantee for products that are defective or do not match what was promised by the seller.
Example: If a product stops working due to a defect, or arrives significantly different from what was advertised, you can request a remedy under the legal guarantee, even if the 30-day return period has already ended.
